Disney On Ice Presents Frozen
A full-length arena adaptation of Disney’s Frozen, bringing the kingdom of Arendelle to life through world-class skating, immersive scenic design, theatrical lighting, special effects, and the film’s celebrated music.
Produced by Feld Entertainment, Disney On Ice presents Frozen was the company’s 34th Disney On Ice production and the first live ice spectacular devoted to the complete story of Disney’s Frozen. Mickey and Minnie guide audiences into Arendelle as Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf retell the story through skating, music, character performance, and large-scale theatrical effects.
The production was designed to extend beyond the ice itself, with scenic elements reaching vertically through the arena and effects that transformed the space from the North Mountains to Elsa’s snow-filled world. As Lighting Designer, Samuel Doty used color, movement, and musical phrasing to help shape the emotional journey of the production and integrate the skating with its scenic and special-effects environments. Feld’s original production announcement specifically credits Doty as Lighting Designer.
