Samuel Doty
Co-Owner / Lighting Designer
Sam's work has been seen by millions of people in over sixty-five countries. Credits include Disney on Ice, PAW Patrol Live!, Disney Live, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, The Alton Brown Edible Inevitable Tour, MythBusters Behind the Myths Tour, Cirque Dreams, and Sgt. Pepper Live featuring Cheap Trick. A Valparaiso University theater graduate and private pilot, he co-owns KR38 Creative and lives in New York and St. Petersburg.
Matthew Solomon
Co-Owner / Designer / Producer
Matthew Solomon is a New York- and Florida-based creative producer and costume designer originally from Boston. His credits across television, film, theater, and live performance include the Emmy-winning Pose (FX), The Food That Built America, Blue Bloods, CoComelon, and Jesus Christ Superstar Live! He has produced and designed for national tours and venues such as Lincoln Center Theater. As co-owner of KR38 Creative, he develops original work fusing design, storytelling, and spectacle.
Madeline Corcoran
Marketing Director
Madeline Corcoran is a New York-based marketing expert working in Digital Investment at Wavemaker. With an M.S. and over five years in media buying across TV, OTT, and digital, she leads campaigns that merge data-driven strategy with creative storytelling. Madeline has helped launch brands for theater and film projects including Drama: An Aural Experience, Spells of the Sea, and Poupelle of Chimney Town.
Cynthia Nordstrom
Creative Development Consultant
Cynthia Nordstrom is a costume designer known for transforming iconic characters into immersive live experiences. Her work spans Broadway, Marvel, and global stages, with longtime partnerships including Universal Studios, Moonbug Animation, DreamWorks, Sesame Street, Sanrio, and Nintendo. With a background in fashion design, she specializes in character development through visual storytelling and joins KR38 Creative to help reimagine how stories are brought to life.
Carolina Rotella
Associate Producer / Writer
Carolina (writer, actor, associate producer) hails from Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated with a degree in Drama from Montclair State University and attended film school at King's College London. She has worked in the UK, New York, and Los Angeles as an actor, writer, art director, and producer, from indie films to studio television. Her work has been seen on Apple TV+ and at Sundance, SXSW, and Tribeca.
Greg Sim​
Assistant Producer / Actor
Greg Sim is a New York-based producer, arts administrator, and performer originally from Singapore. His producing and management experience spans Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regional theater, with credits including Sweeney Todd, Hamilton, Dead Outlaw, and Only Gold. He has worked in general management, investor relations, marketing, and project development, and is drawn to new work that fosters connection and reaches audiences beyond traditional arts spaces.
Claire Mezzetta
Executive Assistant / Costume Maker
Claire has worked in the entertainment industry for more than 15 years as a wardrobe supervisor, costume shop manager, and costume designer. Her career spans national tours, regional theater, opera, theme parks, TV, film, and music videos. Claire loves building shows from the paperwork up, whether running a wardrobe or building the costumes herself, any way a show can be built.
Sheila Marone
Wardrobe Mentor / Bookings
Sheila Marone is a veteran wardrobe supervisor with years on the road behind her. She now mentors the KR38 Creative wardrobe team and manages bookings remotely, stepping in on site whenever a job calls for her. Sheila keeps the shop, the schedule, and the crew running so every show loads in ready, on time, and looking right.
