Samuel Doty
Founder/Lighting Designer
Sam's work has been seen by millions of people in over sixty-five countries. Credits include several productions of Disney on Ice, Paw Patrol Live, Disney Live, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, The Alton Brown Edible Inevitable Tour, Mythbusters Behind the Myths Tour, Cirque Dreams, Bello Mania, and Sergeant Pepper Live featuring Cheap Trick at the Las Vegas Hilton. Sam graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in theatre and television and radio production. He is also an instrument rated private pilot and resides in New York, and St. Petersburg, Florida with his husband.

Matthew Solomon
Co-Owner/Designer/Producer
Matthew Solomon is a New York and Florida–based creative producer and costume designer originally from Boston. With a career spanning television, film, theater, and live performance, his credits include the Emmy-winning Pose (FX), The Food That Built America, The Mega Brands That Built America, Blue Bloods, Live! with Kelly and Ryan, Let the Right One In, Cocomelon, and Jesus Christ Superstar Live! Matthew has produced and designed for national tours, international productions, and venues such as Lincoln Center Theater, New York City Center, Roundabout Theatre Company, Manhattan Theatre Club, Cape Playhouse, and North Shore Music Theatre. As co-owner of KR38IV Creative, he develops original, multidisciplinary work that fuses design, storytelling, and large-scale spectacle across stage and screen.

Madeline Corcoran
Marketing Director
Madeline Corcoran is a marketing expert based in New York, currently serving as a Digital Investment at Wavemaker. With an M.S. and over five years of in media buying across TV, OTT, and digital platforms, she has successfully led campaigns that merge data-driven strategies with creative storytelling. Madeline has played a pivotal role in launching and nurturing brands for theater and film projects, including Drama: An Aural Experience with AKs Immersive,ells of the Sea, and Poupelle of Chimney Town for The Workshop. She brings a collaborative and dynamic energy to every project, always seeking to forge meaningful connections through media.

Cynthia Nordstrom
Creative Development Consultant
Cynthia Nordstrom is a costume designer known for transforming iconic characters into immersive live experiences. Her work spans Broadway, Marvel, and global stages, with longtime partnerships including Universal Studios, Moonbug Animation, DreamWorks, Sesame Street, Sanrio, and Nintendo. With a background in fashion design and a passion for material, color, and movement, she specializes in character development through visual storytelling. From animated worlds to live reality, Cynthia has helped shape how audiences connect with beloved IPs. She’s excited to bring this experience to KR38IV, joining the creative development team to help reimagine how stories are brought to life.

Amaya Coleman is a driven individual carving her path in the entertainment industry. Coleman began as a Production Coordinator for Take the Wheel Productions at The University of Texas at Austin. Upon moving to New York, she gained experience in wardrobe. Her credits include: Stranger Sings! The Parody Musical. (Wardrobe Supervisor) The Food That Built America, Season 4 & 5 (Key Costumer), The Mega Brands That Built America, Seasons 1 & 2 (Key Costumer), and Hits! The Musical (Assistant Wardrobe Supervisor). Additionally, Coleman has worked s a Production Assistant on New York industry presentations of Poupelle of Chimney Town (2023), and Spells of the Sea (2023). Amaya is dedicated to making meaningful contributions to any project that comes her way.


Carol Del Mar
Associate Producer / Writer
Carol (writer, actor, associate producer) hails from Boston Massachusetts. She graduated with a degree in Drama (obviously) from Montclair State University. She attended film school at Kings College London and has lived and worked in the UK, NYC and Los Angeles as an Actor Writer Art Director and Producer on projects ranging from indie films to studio television shows. Carol’s work has be seen on Apple TV+ as well as major film festivals such as Sundance, SXSW & TriBeCa.
