Vendor Intake

Making something for KR38 Creative? Please fill this out once so we have everything we need to work with you and pay you: your contact and shipping details, your W-9 or W-8, and a short agreement you sign at the end. It takes about 10 minutes. Have your tax form ready as a PDF or a clear photo.

Full address where KR38 should ship samples and returns, if different from your business address.

What you charge for samples, and whether that cost is credited toward a production order.

For example: 50% deposit and 50% before shipping, or Net 30.

Upload your current, signed W-9 if you are in the US, or a W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E if you are outside the US. We need it before your first payment. A PDF or a clear photo is fine.

Vendor Agreement

By signing below, the vendor ("you") agrees to the following with KR38 Creative LLC ("KR38").

  1. KR38 owns the work. Everything you make for KR38, including designs, patterns, samples, tech packs, finished goods and photos, is work made for hire and belongs to KR38 Creative LLC. To the extent any of it is not work made for hire, you assign all of your rights in it to KR38. You will not reuse, resell, copy or show KR38 designs or products (including on social media or in your portfolio) without KR38's written OK.

  2. Confidentiality. KR38's designs, tech packs, patterns, samples and pricing are confidential. You will use them only to make work for KR38 and will not share them with anyone else, except your own staff who need them to do the job.

  3. Communication. You will keep normal, timely communication with KR38 through production: reply to messages within 2 business days, tell KR38 right away about any delay, change or problem, and share progress photos when asked.

  4. Tax forms. You will give KR38 a current W-9 (US vendors) or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (non-US vendors) before your first payment, and an updated form if your details change.

  5. Electronic signature. Your electronic signature on this form counts the same as a handwritten signature.
